On sale at $35 when this review was posted in February 2025, this is yet another fine vintage of the signature traditional method sparkler from this bubbly specialist in PEC. It is a blend of chardonnay, pinot noir and pinot gris. I thought this was particularly lively and fruit-driven with classic apple/peach, light lees and minerality on the nose. It is light bodied, juicy, racy and crisp on the palate, yet also showing real finesse. The length is excellent.
