Chardonnay a.k.a, “The Walleye” is made in the Chablis style, fermented, and then aged for 10 months in old French oak barrels.

The Walleye has a balanced minerality with gunflint on the nose, and it boasts notes of crème brûlée and baked yellow apple with a subtle buttery finish.

Enjoy on its own, or pair with buttered popcorn, salmon in a lemon-cream sauce, or butter-drowned lobster.
